Half the time appointments never show, which is why I don't do them anymore - that, and I want showing units that are 10-20 minutes from my house to be on my convenience, since I work a "regular" job besides.

There will also have to be seasonal maintenance activities such as cleaning of the gutters, emptying water out of the sprinkler systems, etc. to eliminate some of the weather related issues.
