ALWAYS verify info on an application.....newsflash....tenants lie.......Best hope is that you can nullify the lease based on false info.....you may have a professional deadbeat on your hands....good luck....get a lawyer.....

As others have said, from an investor's standpoint, you should be able to find an investment that is improving your financial position and not draining your cash reserves.Sorry for the long post, I realize I'm jumping all over the place but this is just food for thought from another HB'er :)

Maybe rent a house with other young professionals and save up lots of $$$ for a few years.As for developing areas like Mosaic,I see the new Silver line areas having a shot, projected completion I believe is 2020.

It should give you an idea about hiring a tax professional, too.

And not to mention, I’d probably have to pay a professional to come remove it all. 

They should also reimburse you for any emergency water damage repairs like carpet drying from the likes of servpro or local water clean up professionals.

It's easy to mess that up by not digging deep enough, putting in proper rock and possibly tying to a drain tile (easier said than done), oh and sealing the new hole in foundation properly. 

You will likely make more money, meet other professionals in the industry and build out those wholesaler relationships in the process, and find more success- and success begets success.
