You want to rent because you can't sell for a profit, but, what if after the Election the Market takes a dump and your property is worth 10, 20, 30 or more percent less than it is now in this Sellers Market?

They may elect not to sign, which would make me more nervous.

The fact that we have experts, which seems to only be a public idea election, that never seem actually point to the state level for that actual law, leaves me concerned that the experts do not understand as much as they say or imply that they do.

Also, a lot of people have been telling me to wait until the presidential election because it will shape the economy in the near future, so I have just kind been banking extra money and learning all I can.

Other than being president or sitting on the Supreme Court I reached the goals I set as a teenager. 

At least until this next election cycle is behind us and we have a little better footing on what's going to be happening with the economy overall.All that stated, however, RE is, as they say, LOCAL and it's good to see one of my homies stepping up and making some plays in other more viable market areas.

Some years ago I was introduced to the president/founder through a mutual friend and learned that he was formerly an underwriter at one of the major title companies that I will not mention. 

Tax rates can and do go up or down drastically based on legislation, which is a reflection of economic/budget trends, the president, needs of government, etc.

( colony capital and bass brothers) bought the business received a few million shares for doing the deal...
