I could have made smarter moves but my mistakes are (overall) still in the black.

We're doing no development, but I've heard many stories about a Phase 1 turning up nothing and big issues (ususally underground tanks) being found once the dirt starts being moved.

Every accounting platform is moving to subscription model sooner or later.

Inventory seems to be moving pretty quickly once listed or are at least “pending” within a few days.

Long time reader, first-time post.My partner (French/British) and I (Australian) moved to Canada 5yrs ago.

Due diligence was key in this deal as the roof needed replaced, chimney needed to come off (in disrepair) and entry doors needed replacement as well.

depends on the jurisdiction some areas probably not a big deal other areas almost impossible. that's why you have to start with zoning and then move out from there.. 

Going back to my inquiry,  if we move into a next primary, our cost will remain the same.
