We manage right at 800 homes for our investors and at least half of our portfolio is owned by owners who live outside of Georgia...for that matter, about 20% of our investors are international. 

We are very fast, direct lender, great to work with and we control the entire process internally.

I think if we used the redIQ model we could easily double it but alas we use our internal model as a matter of habit and ease of pasting into our CIM for distribution.Best of luck!

Also, the state of formation is likely where internal disputes would be brought among LLC members, so if you and a partner live in CA, you probably want to arbitrate in CA if the two of you had a disagreement.

Mostly because we don't want to rent it but have had great experiences hosting international visitors years ago and are semi-retired so could spend some time elsewhere. 

When you consider the proximity to Austin and relatively lower costs, San Antonio is the next closest urban/suburban option with an international airport.

I have been getting a lot of DM's asking about my international purchases in Mexico with requests for realtor and/or agent recommendations.  

The IRC is the internal revenue code which is the foundation of our legal knowledge to know how the trust will be treated for federal and franchise taxes.

The cost for international information is significantly higher than domestic reports.I would recommend a couple lower cost options.
