A lot of folks aren't very financially savvy.

My personal credit is nearing 800, and our businesses have established relationships with several banks' commercial departments where all of the financial responsibilities have been met over time on our part, but I didn't know if ultimately, an entity could have an independent credit rating.I have an account at a local lumber yard that reports to Dunn and Bradstreet, but upon further research, Dunn and Bradstreet didn't appear to hold much weight from the brief digging that I did.  

Our goals are to help other investors with buying and selling properties where an agent is needed, and also to gain better control of our financial future through investing.

To this end, I will have multifamily designs that  I will execute in specific markets as a proof of concept, for both the viability of construction, as well as my ability to manage and maintain a multifamily asset. 

I crunch numbers on deals before I view it to see if it meets my goals financially for 10 years, 15 years, 30 years.

Now that I've got an income, I want to find a way to make my money (at least what's left after student loans) work for me and start investing in assets.

I'm almost positive that the tenant will have a different financial issue going forward, but it may be in another aspect of their life.
