I don't know if you mean that $10k a month is a particularly good thing because then I have to wonder what is the purpose of asking about the $10k per month.Just knowing if someone is making $10k per month does not necessarily mean it's a good thing.Example, Bob buys a property for $10 Million without a Mortgage and makes $10k a month or $120k per year.
