Renters don't seem to care in our B neighborhood and if we sell wayyyy down the road, I don't think I'll find it worth my time or money (perhaps it will be worth it and I'll re-evaluate then?!)

Seem like B class is the way to go during this time...C class: no job, can't afford rent and I can't evict so at least a few months of no rent coming out and mortgage still need to come out :( and A class : no Cash Flow.

@Tom Maricle We have 80 units all C/B- neighborhoods and my best guess is 75% pay April rent.
