Hello @Josh RodriguezCentral Florida is a diverse market, and there are a wide range of locations and property types that would make solid long-term investments.I mostly invest in Tampa, specifically in West Pasco (Port Richey & New Port Richey).

Granted, my eyes were better decades ago too, but you simply cannot properly examine a wide variety of issues without great task lighting!
