First off I use the BRRRR strategy and have done very well with it.

All run well and cheapest price.Not just AC, appliances of current are easier to break.

@Jennifer Lopez if you only have a couple STR’s unsure then with the correct policy and get an umbrella as well.

We also have a line of credit as well that we could use.

In my expierence that is all going to need to start with a well crafted chart of accounts. 

For whatever reason this one just doesn't perform as well as our first two.

I am interested in investing in Tax Deeds in New York as well.
