hope everybody is having a great weekend.

Unfortunately I see many people starting out attempting to raise $ without doing a deal because of some guru training they took over a weekend that teaches them more about shady marketing strategies than how to buy and manage notes.

If we go after it we’d shoot our best shot and give them 24 hours to decide otherwise we have other properties we’ll go look at over the weekend.

There was a property this weekend, on the market for $400k with $2,350 a month in rent, $1200, $750,$550.

He still comes to the "new" house on weekends and occasionally a week night here and there, and we're eager to get fully transitioned.We haven't listed the old house yet as we are still wrapping projects, but a guy called me last week about it.
