Once you get the system set up it isn't that hard. 

The cleaner will be you eyes and ears on the ground and the handy person will do what they do.Keep up on the maintenance of the systems and you should be good to go.

Most charge various fees that are not based on performance.And lastly, as you are raising a fund, you will likely get questions about your ability/system to manage a large number of projects at once, as well as your pipeline to be able to place the capital into good deals quickly.  

It seems crazy that even though you aren’t evicting for unpaid rent and the system is out of money anyway they can use this loophole.
