(I'd be happy to send you to my bookkeeper...shoot me a PM...she's virtual, so she can work anywhere) This setup is important for tracking P&L and other metrics across not only properties, but units (if investing in MF).

There is also this group https://www.meetup.com/Midcoas... they are having virtual meetings right now but I assume will be going back to in person at some point.

I made sure not to check off the ones that were virtually staged, that's a separate topic. 

They'll also take professional pictures and make a virtual tour video. 

Also looking for some virtual meet-ups for that area.

I think that BiggerPockets should return the map on the events page and I think it would be helpful if they could list meetups by state and by date and whether it is an in-person, virtual, or both so that it is easier to navigate meetups and join virtual meetups if you are in a different state?

Also, it would be great to have meetups that are virtual displayed differently.
