How do you think the farmers in the Central Valley felt that said no to high speed rail? 

@Jay Truong developers are building nothing but "luxury" condos in Tempe right now - not even just Tempe, that seems to be a trend across the whole Valley!

There was something in the local paper about HOA's having an easier time foreclosing in the valley.

A lot of what they sell though is true FSBO .AS I stated on Tom's reply  they are going through some learning curves but this is a very well funded ( Extremely) based SF Silicon valley type company.. this is just not some dudes that decided to sell turn key..

Look in Yucca Valley, Desert Hot Springs (mobile homes), and Hemet for starters.70-80% works.

If you choose to buy a rental whether out of state and I assume this was a mid west property somewhere.. or in the central valley of CA were you can drive to it... just attend the home inspection with a open mind... then you can make a decision.
