Ive got about 45 days of PTO/Sick/Vacation that is taken for the year so I work approximately 1650 hours a year at that job assuming a 40 hour work week.I am also a licensed Real Estate agent with 2 separate LLCs - General Brokerage and Property Management.Between the two LLCs, I've grossed pretty close to my W2 income.

Most people that will chime in to pick one area over another either are personally, emotionally, or finiancially tied to one of the two markets. 

A few weeks into the tenancy something strange begins to happen-- I am suddenly hearing very alarming arguments between the two of them from next door (which is saying something as noise does not find its way into my house easily).

Andrews, Florida, and the third is a block from my primary residence, where lies my question. 45 days ago I would not have drawn this up.

Needless to say, two weeks later when the tenants move in, the tub isn't draining. 

Two weeks after I made the purchase I was given notice that the renters were leaving at the end of the month.
