We accept pets with restrictions on size and breed (pertaining to dogs- definitely no vicious natured dogs Pit bulls, Rotties) which we have to approve and all papers and shots have to be in order, with a 1 pet limit and a $25.00 per month pet rent.

I used those big metal paper clips to secure the stack being pulled between the two holes at the top....keeps the holes lined up to be put back.

Last week my tenant called me saying that the toilet malfunctioned and as a result it leaked water for 2 hours approximately and cause a big flood into the closet, master bed, hallway and one of the guest beds (water came thru the wall).

That property I owned for 25 years before I sold it, and I believe I ran through 4 hot water tanks.Oh, I could never find the warranty papers when the water tank goes.
