What style of investing are you most interested in?

I was introduced to biggerpockets by a webinar offered to me by @Brandon to teach me how to invest in real estate while working a full time job.  

Not to criticize, but rather to teach, I would have taken a look at the deferred maintenance and calculated what would need to be done in the next 3-5 years.

So even though I've been on the site for a while and read a LOT on the subject for a couple of years, I just recently took action and I am about to close on two rentals later this month.I'm looking for investors of all type but specifically people that are active and willing to teach in the following: Buy and hold, flipping, mobile homes.Thank you and if I can be of some help to anyone here please let me know.RJ.

@Tom GdovinI just had Dave Foster teach a 1031 class at the Ft Myers board.

I have to ask:Does anyone know if anything the gurus teach is true?!
