Having to do an engineered system is usually a deal buster as they are very expensive

I think I need to calculate the returns that are possible here versus elsewhere.

These homes will require a new kitchen, HVAC system, and finishes.I'm assuming on these properties I will be required to get a construction loan.

And perhaps this also addresses the mop and glow rehab versus really producing something of value with major improvements.This is a bigger conundrum, as a flipper or rehabber which direction do you go?

That's a tough one..I'm not sure how you can use the legal system to get them out of the house if you're not the owner and you don't have a written agreement with him.
