I've been consuming alot of the BP podcast which has made me feel alot better about not having a ton of money to start. 

If you have paid extra, or if it's interest only, or some other feature...you may have to do something different but amortization schedules are usually a good place to start.

Yea I feel you ultimately that is one of my goals as well but for right now I’m getting started in wholesaling and I’m looking into having a badass crm system I see that 80/20 have a lot to offer is just there price is expensive i have a zoom meeting with them next weekend if I like what they are talking and if I can afford it I will give them a try thanx for the feedback 

You’re receiving 6% ROE now, that’s a decent starting point.

You will get a higher ROI and have cash reserves to start plus money to invest somewhere else.
