So far I have found one company in the Austin area that seems too expensive, at $6 a foot, and another that installs granite but does not routinely put edges on tile, which is only 1 centimeter thick.

All these comps are within 200 sq. ft of eachother and I'll be using the square footage method to get my ARVMy question is... is there a reasonably reliable way to adjust the sold price of these homes based on them having an extra bedroom and bathroom?

The line is 110 foot , the sewer snake is 100 ft , He couldnt hook it all and it pushed past the length of the snake .
