I used to work for a Habitat for Humanity and the ED at my location would pay a local man to sleep in the home at night as a method of protecting the property against people coming in to steal the copper pipes.My question to you is, how do you secure your properties when renovating in areas that aren't the safest? 

LOL.... letters and e mails are just idol threats.. don't lose any sleep over it unless.. you actually think you did something wrong.

When looking at pure maintenance, I was thinking wear on appliances fixtures, damage to interior, etc might be less with transient guests who mostly just sleep there and go out during the days.

The code states that when more than two person occupy a room used for sleeping purposes, the square area must be increase by 50 square feet for each additional occupant.1 person 70 square feet 2 people 120 square feet3 people 170 square feetIs this a law?

When you go over budget and have to deal with it in a hurry, when things go south, what it's like to sleep at night when everything falls apart and then still pull profitability out of a deal.

If you know how to do construction and are good , you could leave work friday evening , sleep in the house , work 18 hours on Saturday , and 10 on Sunday and get home wiped out , get some sleep then go to your day job .  

I'm planning on asking one of my friends if I can pay $250 to sleep on their couch for the time in between move out and closing.

Her job, wilderness therapy, has her staying/sleeping onsite for 5 days a week.
