Would integrating the lender or property manager into the insurance selection process make your life/lenders life easier?

I have a handful of rental properties and have been using PayPal for years but it seems to always cause confusion with new tenants (selecting personal accounts over business).

I've never house hacked before, but I think the part of town you select might inform the type of person that might be a future roommate. 

I wanted to know how to best select property I want to purchase.

This is just 1 of many reasons to NOT use just the $ as the selection method of what bid to accept. 

@Lei Zhao I think you've made a good decision by selecting Indianapolis as your starting point.

I think if you really need the property to be between 15 and 20 units, then you'll have to be willing to look throughout the entire market to have any real selection.
