You've clearly put some thought into this and what I would say is, take everyone's advice with a grain of salt.

I'm newer at this so take my opinion with a grain of salt..Depending on your credit and ability to finance properties, I'd go for multiple units if possible.

I would check with the inspector on this as you may have to do spray foam.Just wanted to give you some things to dive a bit deeper in and see if you can save some money/thinking about all aspects.

Yes the taxes are a killer up here and SALT is making it worse.Being new to BigPockets can someone recommend a link to a very good/solid analysis?

I would add that as a cost that is split between the partners.I am not an expert on this sort of thing so take everything with a grain of salt. :)
