Going the non-turnkey route involves more work (in theory, we're painting with broad strokes here) and MAY get you a better return overall, but comes at the costs of time/energy/money invested.Turn the key and let it be . . . so they say.Tis not for me and so I'll be . . . going the other way.

I don't think I should count the missed principal payments as cash flow because that is in effect reducing my equity in my property, but what about the interest I would not be paying for those two months?
