@Nicky Reader So the loan officer thought we can use gifted funds for an investment.

The long-term, light at the end of the tunnel goal, is to be able to slow down finally and sit back and reap the rewards of my efforts.Right now, I'm starting to focus attention on re-organizing a lot of the information I'm learning right now, and presenting it to myself in a way that lets me know what steps I should be taking next. 

There's also a problem with a statute of limitations, if the matter comes to your attention after the SOL there may not be a valid cause of action. 

It does have a busy shopping area, and a mall that desperately needs attention.

Any insight BP readers have about this would be appreciated.

I also feel like this area gets overlooked with Irvington and Bates-Hendricks getting a lot more attention in the past couple years but there may be a good reason for that.
