I will be headed there to find a property next month and would love a meetup or an referral to a great property manager.

And I make referral fee's with it.. there is no better money than sending the name of a buyer to one of your broker associates in another state and making a nice referral fee.. last year I made a referral in Charleston the client bought a 900k duplex I got a nice 7 or 8k check .. for one simple e mail.. and because I am in the club..  

You will ruin that relationship/referral.

Hey Mark, I would recommend reaching out to STR hosts and asking them for referrals.

Don't take my word for it since I'm not in North Carolina, go find out.Some states allow for referral fees but many do not.

We also partner with top Agents in that market so are happy to offer referrals.

This was completely unexpected (they recently bough all new furniture, and occurred 2 days after I sent the lease renewal), but came with a promotion.
