Joseph,power flushing is used to remove any rust or sediment that may be in the system/ radiators. before you go through that expense i would replace the air valves on the radiators: http://www.homedepot.com/p/6-1-8-in-IPS-Angled-Ste...these can sometimes clog and effect how the radiator heats up. the steam fills the radiator and sometimes will trap air in there, if the radiator cannot release that air the steam cannot fill the radiator to give you the heat, that's what these valves do, they let that air escape.

I need to purchase insurance for completely separate properties in my portfolio, but the insurance broker is telling me that I can't bind any new insurance until this claim is closed.How could it be that one open claim prevents me from insuring other properties?
