How do you prevent the calendars on these websites from overlapping bookings?

I should add that we had direct Covid-19 impacts with lenders that prevented my daughter from being able to get financing... she did not have a financing contingency in the very one-sided purchase agreement she signed. 

The forbearance will ruin your credit for 2 to 3 years and will prevent you from getting any kind of decent loan.

That's my take, unless there is something specific in Texas that prevents it.Oh, and I agreed with the other post's comment. 

This prevents any scary letters or threats from the bank. 

All that was unnecessary and accomplished nothing.Just like the sale price on your condo was $144k but your Net was $133k.....what matters on the replacement property will be your Net cash out of pocket (since you are paying all cash).

So 40% tax free and 60 taxed plus depreciation recapture.The 5 year total ownership test is how the IRS accounts for the previous property in the 1031 and attempts to prevent the abuse of carrying forward large gains for only a short time before converting to tax free.

Maybe in the future the way this country is going but not this year.Abbott has already done the opposite and in 2015 signed a bill preventing liberal cities like Austin from having local ordinances that force landlords to take vouchers.

If you owned the business that is inside of your property, that would be a different story, but to have a license just to own property seems unnecessary to me.
