I'm optimistic that it will be a nice ten year play, but I am not counting on it, since the cash flow should be enough to justify the investment.  

I had a technician come out to diagnose the furnace - the diagnosis was that there was no electrical power going to the equipment.

I'm not an attorney and I definitely don't know about the laws in CA, but I can tell you how my situation played out. 

First thing you have to do is have faith in your intelligence.Think on your own and use your awesome analytical powers to dissect everything you come across.Then write down where you want to be in 3 years.

With a few artist areas which usually translate to 20s/30s playing more for an area then normal.

I don't know how that will play out though, giving that we don't own the property when I supposedly hung the notice.

@Scott Shope I'd be curious to see how this plays out...have you considered starting a blog or diary on this? 

I try to get a 30 year fixed so that I can use a few exit strategies incase my other projects come into play first.
