The advantage of this is it is their job day in and out to qualify borrowers and if they have a positive track record your money is fairly safe with them, compared to you trying to do it yourself and getting taken.

I dont know about their other services but as far as alerts they seem to get listings much quicker than the other sites and I am almost positive you can set them up by zip code.I think you will like it better than the sites you mentioned, give it a try let us know what you think
