I dont have anywhere near enough time or money to take on this kind of project but a house this size and age in this area could easily go for $175k. 

A table saw can be useful, but everything you would do for house projects can be done with the circular saw and miter saw.

I don't have an agent on board...I'm going to wholesale to gain capital for my next project.
