Lenders wont typically buy that unless there is a concrete reason and or hardship which would make that move make sense like moving significantly closer to work, or taking in an aging parent, etc, etc...The reason for that is because in a typical scenario, people want to move out of a duplex and have more room in an SFR.

I rarely use the actual stakes as I tend to put them on concrete or inside, but they attract a lot of ants and unlike the Terro liquid that goes on cardboard, it doesn't dry out nearly as quickly as the stake stations (I also add liquid Terro to the tops and four corners of the stake stations to attract more ants).The plastic bait stations are also decent but if they're on even a slight decline they empty out all over the ground.
