It's not a Real Estate Investing book - but it has everything to do with running a successful business that deals with consumers.

Tracing the current note holder can be very involved, time consuming and hard enough for a broker, much less someone off the street trying to get to a servicer or sub-servicer who has no reason to disclose who the current holder may be.

I'll be turning 29 in June, I have a decent job in downtown Boston as a software engineer, but I am still unhappy that I have not yet started on this venture in real estate, especially since it has consumed so much of my mental thoughts.

With the number of deals you are doing on a consistent basis, you likely would qualify for some of these accredited investor platforms out there.

I also hold a full time job in Corporate America for the past 12 years, which consumes most of my time, although I do have an exit strategy in place...hopefully very soon.My goal essentially is to network and absorb some of the tremendous knowledge that is shared within this blog.

Most all (if not all) of these so-called lead platforms are totally bogus.

Is there a site/platform for landlords specific to temporary/corporate housing, i.e., 30 days rental or longer geared to the corporate relocation or full season rental market?  

The platform we went with actually doesn't have a call center yet (they will be getting one).
