There's a new  duplex listing coming soon on Zillow and it already has racked up a ton of Saves. This would be my first property and it is in my ideal neighborhood, where i know It can cashflow if rented at the comps....

owners motivation?

Most of the calls we property owners telling me my check amount was well below what they would sell their property if they were interested in selling which they weren't.We are disappointed and don't know which way to go with our Direct Mail marketing!

Current owner lost their gaming license and is looking to sell.

I'm considering using them and was looking for reviews from other owners.

I had one situation recently where the owner had all the room rent leases staggered so we were stuck with only one tenant for 7 months, with the owner paying all utilities. 

If there was a current lease, I understand that I would have to respect the terms, but as their being no current lease and previous owner filing a 60-day notice that it would apply to me as well after sell.

The current owner lives in one unit, and rents out the two other units, WELL under market.

Seems many PMCs deliberately don't want to give too many details to owners about maintenance.1) You should be getting bids with supporting pics/videos for your approval.
