@Bruce ParkOne thing to keep in mind, at least this is true in South San Francisco, is that the building department requires sewer lateral compliance before issuing permit for ADU.

While you can probably find a drafter/designer for cheaper than an Architect, we would be able to continue the design development to provide architectural drawings to be used to obtain a building permit.
