Finally, carpet in the bedrooms.Of course, as I've told you in the past, I now stay away from sub $700 rentals in Indy and don't have the issues with carpet being destroyed.I've seen landlords just pain the slab on low end rentals!

I am working on a possible deal here.Our real estate goals are to do fix and flips to build up our cash reserves and then start buying cash flow properties to build an ongoing residual income for retirement.I am an IT Specialist for the Federal Gov't and my wife is a Medical Administrator.

It's a pain but doable.I recommend you pull $10k + rehab costs splits out of pocket and do a joint venture with yourself.
