Tax sales are as-is and overall risky for a number of reasons, I think seasoned investors take these NUMEROUS risks into consideration with their bid.

How many headaches do you want in your risk vs reward relationship?

I’ve done this numerous times in the past with rentals and had a good experience but now that I have my own place I want to take some extra precautions.

An added bonus it sounds like California I would only need to pay franchise taxes for the holding LLC even if I have numerous additional LLCs.
