Sure, there are some lazy people who wanted all done for them and will pay for a system that let's them sit back and do nothing...I would take their money too, but I think there's many more that sincerely are just a little nervous about going it alone  and would feel much better with someone with more experience by their side for a deal or two, till they get the hang of it and they don't mind paying someone who's kind enough to take the time to lend that helping hand. 

The first deal is always the scariest, but once you get the hang of things, it'll come naturally.

I'm a licensed agent and looking for an office to hang my license with.

Current unemployment is supposedly hanging around 5%.

You could look into working for a bigger property management company to get the hang of property management and see if that would be something that interests you for buy and hold properties.

I would like to hang my license with investor friendly brokerages such as Keller Williams, to work with investors mostly instead of retail.

She's hanging in there-on three legs.

They don't offer much when it comes to training and you'll probably be working remotely since their space is to hang shingle only.

If you hang out and ask questions you will quickly see who is here adding value and walks the talk so to speak.
