.- Groundfloor.us (not nearly as much deal flow as PoL and what ever opens usually fills within a couple hours)- Fundrise with their new eREIT offering (they are making a play to general public now)Right now think everyone is watching how Title III plays out and maybe opening up to non-accrediated so it maybe still worth signing up and being on the "interest" list.Shout out to Ian's work it's a great list and really helped narrow things down.
