Thanks guys, my guess is that if I foreclosed, it would sell at auction in the high 70's and my payoff would be mid-70's by then, so the contractor will be mostly wiped.

You enter mid level, which is a room that has one of the old style conversation pits that you step down to on one side , you can go downstairs to the kitchen/family room area which has sliders to the back yard, or from the main level you can go upstairs to the bedrooms.
