I assume these production companies have started their own financing companies and have deep pocket investors with them.We are still busy, when other companies are not, but if we were able to do our own long term financing at a lower rate than the banks than we would only be a stronger company.

which creates what I've been thinking : the supply and demand is artificially created by the number of dollar is being circulated, just like a stock market.currently money supply is increasing since the last six months hence triggered buying activity in loops.These days, it seems having good investment is better than having company that may collapse at any time.

Due to a some confusion, I let a foundation contractor into one of my tenants' units without giving the required 24-hour notice that I would need to enter the dwelling (my manager had at first said she'd notified the tenant who was at work, but there was a mix up).
