Especially during the hard times when results arent coming in and ill need to remind myself to work harder to achieve whats desired. 

I told the maid owner to ignore her which she did after she apologized to the tenant.Nov 1: Rent not paidNov 1-4: I reminded her that rent was late and there is now a late fee. 

It reminds me of how Kiyosaki always says to look for the "how" instead of saying "can't".

If you buy enough apartments you might notice that some landlords start letting maintenance calls go to voice mail as far before closing as possible. 

It reminded me of Phil Town's "The Wolf" fairy tale, where a rich man - perhaps also member of the Illuminati - gives him the secret to become wealthy.

As soon as I hang up from one call, I have two more voice mails to return.  

I don't have experience doing direct mailing and feel like it wouldn't know where to start with it at this point.

I have been doing this for years so it only takes me about 30-45 seconds on average to determine if I should send a letter or not.I know investors quite often have different criteria to go about deciding who to mail and what to mail.

I consider myself to be on both sides with IRS matters as I have a number of people on the Special Procedures Unit (estate collection) on one of my mailing lists (at their request!).
