Your best bet is to go to court for breach of the lease which is gonna cost you, but you might be able to a court date however at least you can get one earlier than February.As of now, FPR filings gets scheduled to february.The fire you property manager.I would literally offer money to get rid of them otherwise don't expect any payment until May.
