Your near the edge of the improved area, but us local pro's know in the snap of a finger it could go right back to that, and would never get into such a leveraged deal in that area.

Great points, thanks Joel.She is a semi retired lady, and likely will not want to spend exorbitant amounts of $ for this, but she also seems like the kind that is irrational (i.e. her anger may cause her to pursue litigation, even though it makes no sense).

I lived in Alice Springs and (visited Coober Peedy) for 2 years and could never get a reliable answer.I wouldn't touch the Aussie market mateIt's very expensive.I also haven't kept my finger on the pulse for a while but they have made it harder to buy and own property as foreigner.Thanks and much success
