On the plus side you don't have to pay the funds back, but I think you can see your missing a huge opportunity to take advantage of the loan provision.Additionally if you're looking at investing in real estate inside a qualified account, you can set up self directed IRAs or Solo 401ks if you have a business entity without employees.Let me know if you have any questions, I'm always happy to [email protected]
