I'm looking to refine how I'm managing my STR in Lake Arrowhead, and I feel like I'm looking for the holy grail - namely, a reliable, efficient team of partners I can rely on (cleaner, handyman, snow clearing, and general "can't open the door" assistance).

I've heard that supreme lending is offering a nice deal for down payment assistance on FHA.

The reason I'm unwilling to deal with repairs is that I also have a job that sometimes sends me to locations where I don't get cell and internet services.

Heck, you probably will need to do the same for internet and trash as well.

I would get an Airbnb then automate it to manage mostly without you with virtual assistants, etc.  

With  long term tenant I don't have the extra costs of full furnish and I don't have to supply the utilities, cable and internet.

I have a team that assists me with all of my marketing and I'm mainly monitoring KPIs to make sure we are on track to hit our monthly goals.This is the approach I use now: I want to only target the most distressed zips in each MSA.
