Getting a license can cost thousands of dollars, BUT this industry is all about your ROI.

Hello RE Pros,I recently made the industry switch from tech to real estate so I could learn more about the biz from the inside.

Account Closed  correct 90% of buyers looking for a home to live in .. are not in the industry and really don't know what to look for.. etc etc.. and are best represented by an agent or if they find a fSBO they should have a Lawyer do the contract for them.. pay them a grand or two..

A non-diversified economy could put the housing market at the mercy of one industry.  

Hi all,As you all know, being an agent in this industry "holds us to a higher standard", even for our own deals.

Currently I am interested in potentially moving into the real estate industry to work as a real estate analyst so that I can make connections, learn the business, and learn to evaluate real estate for good deals.

I have a property that could be used as a private residence and is zoned industrial.

Industry standard is for liability limits to be $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 per policy year.

I have also started a career in the mortgage industry as a loan officer.

There's numerous industrial and chemial plants several miles away and a lot of workers are from out of state getting paid great money and are willing to pay a bit more or split to have a nicer place than some of the basic trailers they usually set them up in.
