Account Closed correct 90% of buyers looking for a home to live in .. are not in the industry and really don't know what to look for.. etc etc.. and are best represented by an agent or if they find a fSBO they should have a Lawyer do the contract for them.. pay them a grand or two..

There's numerous industrial and chemial plants several miles away and a lot of workers are from out of state getting paid great money and are willing to pay a bit more or split to have a nicer place than some of the basic trailers they usually set them up in.
