Until the new tenant moves in, though, the current tenant, who intends to leave, is responsible for all the lease terms.

We have made several calls over the past week and have received a phenomenal lack of response.  

The great thing was that they all made themselves available to talk with people after their discussions and took the time to answer questions individually and exchanged business cards - this way you can always reach out to them and get more information.

How long do you stay in that market with no response and then move on?  

I have made enquiries with a property management company in Tampa and they have sent me details of their charges and a copy of the agreement.I am only a small investor with 1 property currently and I have a few issues with the rental agreement (I've not committed to this or signed anything) as it seems that the agent (PM) is not responsible for non payment by the tenant, even though they charge for screening the tenant prior to contracting with them.

Is this a REO, or individual, prior to foreclosure?
