-The boiler operated but does not appear to be operating properly as there is the boiler is indicating there is an “E 02” error –recommend having a qualified HVAC technician evaluate boiler and repair/replace as needed.POTENTIAL SAFETY HAZARDS-There is a small deck next to the driveway that has areas of damaged wood, missing wood and no railings – recommend havinga professional repair.

Hi Brandon-The answer to your question, as you indicated, depends on where you are in the country and the type of property you are looking at, but generally you are looking at 8% to 11% with 1 to 2 points depending on location or risk.
