I dug up all the business cards from networking events and searched the internet and called every HM lender I could find.

It should come with a high quality cost segregation study report as well as audit defense in the event that you were selected for an audit by the IRS. 

I would recommend going to a networking event or two near you as a lot of the members on the forums here are very active at networking events.

Local REIA events

I would up the price for event weekends and the minimum stay to 3 days in the summer. 

It will save you literally thousands and will act as an insurance policy in the event you get audited since someone else did your taxes and you didnt throw them into turbotax and hope for the best.
